DENVER, CO – April 15, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –
Radio Ready Studios has opened a boutique recording, mixing, and mastering facility on the top floor of a downtown Denver high-rise, bringing a single-engineer production model to independent artists and bands across Colorado’s Front Range.
The studio is located at 910 16th Street Mall and features three fully equipped recording rooms, professional outboard gear, and a vintage aesthetic intended to support extended creative sessions. Panoramic views of the Denver skyline and the Rocky Mountain Front Range serve as the backdrop for a facility that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week by appointment — a scheduling structure designed to accommodate artists across genres and working styles.
Radio Ready Studios was founded by Hayden Hallatt, a producer, engineer, and artist whose recording career spans Colorado and California. Hallatt worked as a recording engineer at Different Fur Studios in San Francisco, one of the Bay Area’s most established commercial recording facilities, where he contributed to sessions using an SSL 4048 E series console across a range of genres and artist profiles. He later joined CCM Recording Studios in Denver before launching Radio Ready Studios as an independent operation. Hallatt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver and has served as an audio engineering educator in the Denver area.
The studio’s launch comes as independent music production has grown considerably in Colorado and across the country. Independent artists generated an estimated $2.5 billion in revenue nationally in 2024, according to industry analysts, as more musicians pursue direct-to-streaming release strategies outside the major label system.
Denver’s music community has expanded alongside that trend, with a growing network of local artists, independent labels, and industry organizations active across genres ranging from folk and bluegrass to hip-hop and alternative.
The studio operates on a model in which Hallatt personally oversees every stage of production, from initial tracking sessions through mixing and final mastering. Services include standard stereo mixing, Dolby Atmos spatial audio formatting for major streaming platforms, full music production, and video production for artists seeking to accompany their releases with visual content. Session musicians and additional producers are available for projects requiring expanded creative resources.
“Working with independent artists means understanding what they are trying to say and then building toward that from the very beginning,” said Hayden Hallatt, Lead Engineer and Producer at Radio Ready Studios. “At Radio Ready, the same person who records you is the one mixing and mastering the final product – that continuity is what the work requires.”
Since opening, Radio Ready Studios has earned a five-star rating on Google, with clients ranging from solo vocalists to full bands noting the facility’s atmosphere and Hallatt’s direct involvement at every stage. The studio serves artists throughout the Denver metro area and across Colorado, with clients traveling from Boulder, Aurora, Arvada, and other communities along the Front Range.
