Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP Attorneys Robert Berluti and Michael Bednarz recently secured a complete victory following a bench trial in the Superior Court of Hall County, Georgia, in a complex business dispute involving alleged damages exceeding $7 million. The case centered on contested ownership interests in an industrial construction company, and allegations of breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, conversion, and mismanagement arising from a failed business relationship and the freezeout of our client. After a full presentation of evidence, the Court ruled in favor of our client on all claims and found in his favor on all counterclaims asserted against his former business partner.
